Yves & Lise Decary

Sorel – Tracey, Quebec, Canada:
Family News: Lise came home from the hospital the 3rd week of July after having 2 blood clots in her heart attended to. So we took the month of August for vacation. I had some renovations to do in the basement and we visited four churches in different regions of Quebec. On October 24 Lise was admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital because her pulse rate was down to 35 beats per minute. She is back home now. Catherine Anne celebrated her 20th birthday and Eric his 31st. The Lord provided for us to take them for a helicopter ride over Sorel Tracy and the Sorel Islands – a long time dream of Eric's. Simon, Anne and our little granddaughter Juliette are well. Church News Our church attendance has grown more than 10% in the last 12 months. Attendance at Prayer Meeting averages 14. The 4 members of our church board met for the second time for a pastoral retreat for 3 days in September. We evaluated our last year, established our next year theme which is "Love in Action", planned the preaching subjects and many events for the year. We will put an emphasis on prayer: 24 hours of prayer and fasting for the board and the church – prayer walks in the streets of the city. We plan to invite a team of evangelists for a few weeks next summer (the J-BEQ team). Pray that the Lord will be in the center of all our activities and open the windows of Heaven for us as we share our faith in our region. Pray for Lise's health – for salvation of Josée, Anne and Mr. & Mrs. J. – for continued training and progress of Basille our elder-in-training and Samuel our servant-in-training. Pray also for the organization of our Christmas program.
